Dr. Sumedha Tiwari

Dr. Sumedha Tiwari is a Consultant Psychiatrist practising in Mumbai (India). With a holistic approach to patient-management, she tailors her treatment depending on each individual’s needs and their personal and professional commitments. Dr. Sumedha believes in practising evidence-based medicine and staying informed on current trends, new research and developments in her field. After completing MBBS from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, Dr. Tiwari did her MD (Psychiatry) from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. She excelled in academia and went on to the national round of the Torrent Young Scholar Award (Psychiatry). She has also completed a course in Executive and Performance Leadership from Cornell University.

Dr. Tiwari has worked in the government-run JJ Hospital (Mumbai) and Mumbai Municipal Corporation-run Rajawadi Hospital for eight years. She is the on-board Psychiatrist for Tulsea Media and Ormax Media, and has conducted workshops on workplace mental health for various organisations, including Tata Group.
